EU AI Act Compliance Statement
Last updated: 2026-07-05
1. BlogYeah and the EU AI Act
The BlogYeah platform operates as a deployer of AI systems under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 ("EU AI Act"). The platform uses general-purpose AI systems from OpenAI (text generation), Black Forest Labs / BFL (Flux.2 image generation), and Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini text embeddings) to generate blog posts, newsletters, and cover images.
2. Risk Classification
BlogYeah does not qualify as a high-risk AI system under Annex III of the EU AI Act. The platform is used for content generation for B2B customers; it does not apply automated decision-making that determines individuals' rights or obligations.
3. Transparency Measures
In accordance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, BlogYeah implements the following measures:
- AI content labelling: All AI-generated blog posts, newsletters, and images are marked to indicate that the content was produced with artificial intelligence assistance.
- Human oversight: All AI-generated content awaits human approval. The platform does not publish any content until the user approves it.
4. Human Oversight and Control
BlogYeah's architecture prioritises human oversight:
- Every generated blog post must be approved, rejected, or edited by the user before publication.
- Users have full editing access to all generated content.
- The system does not publish content automatically without human intervention.
